Box Office: Record Collection For Kick On Day 5, Becomes Highest Grosser Of 2014!

Salman Khan’s Kick is doing very good business at the box office as expected! Though collections were the best of the year during opening weekend, the movie couldn’t break the record of Dhoom 3. Trade pundits said that pre-Eid period could be the reason behind this. They were right! As on 5th day, where Eid festivities began, collections sky-rocketed everywhere (in India as well as abroad!). So much so that it has created a new record on the 5th day! It collected whopping 28.89 crore (better than Friday and Saturday) on the fifth day! With that, the movie became the highest grosser of the year beating Akshay Kumar’s Holiday and Salman Khan’s own Jai Ho. 5 days total stands at 127.03 crore nett!
