First 10 days of Ramazan ended
Special Prayers were offered in various mosques of Hyderabad for rains.
In Makkah Masjid a special prayer was offered by its Imam Hafiz Abdullah
Quraishi. He also prayed for the peace and tranquility of the Muslims
and Unity in Islamic World. Present on this occasion were Mr. Mohammed
Mahmood Ali, Dy. CM of Telangana, Mufti Mohammed Azeemuddin of Jamia
Nizamia, Maulana Syed Qubool Pasha Shuttari and others.
Addressing the gathering on this occasion, Mr. Mahmood Ali told that Govt. of Telangana is determined to provide 12% reservation to the Muslims and job to 1 person in a family. Henceforth, Police of any other State will not harass or arrest any innocent Muslim in the State. He also promised that Makkah Masjid will be declared as Shahi Masjid.
