Prominent Indian philanthropist and businesswoman Upasana Kamineni Konidela serves as Apollo Hospitals' Vice Chairperson of CSR. 

She is well known for being the spouse of Tollywood actor Ram Charan. 

Upasana is the granddaughter of Apollo Hospitals Group founder Dr. Prathap C. Reddy and the daughter of Shobana and Anil Kamineni. 

The KEI Group was founded by her father.

Upasana and Ram Charan welcomed twins, a boy and a girl, on February 1, 2026. 

In June 2023, Klin Kaara Konidela, their first daughter, was born.
