Farah Khan Kunder, born on January 9, 1965, is a prominent figure in the Indian film industry, known for her dynamic role as a director, choreographer, producer, actress, YouTuber, and vlogger. She is celebrated for her vibrant, masala-style films and memorable dance routines. 


Her rise to fame began with the iconic song "Pehla Nasha" in 1992, followed by the internationally recognized "Chaiyya Chaiyya," showcasing her exceptional choreography skills. Farah made her mark as a director with the blockbuster film Main Hoon Na in 2004, which was a tremendous success, leading to her next hit, Om Shanti Om, in 2007.


In addition to her directing accomplishments, she stepped into a lead acting role in the comedy Shirin Farhad Ki Toh Nikal Padi in 2012. Farah comes from a filmmaking family, being the daughter of Kamran Khan and Menaka Irani, and she has a brother, Sajid Khan, who is also a director. 


In 2004, she married film editor and director Shirish Kunder. Then, in 2008, at the age of 43, she welcomed triplets—son Czar and daughters Anya and Diva—thanks to IVF.
